If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add macadamia nuts to the TM & chop for 4 secs / speed 4
Set aside
Wash & dry out the TM bowl
Insert the Butterfly
Place condensed milk, sugar & butter into TM bowl & cook for 15 mins / 90 degrees / speed 2
In the last 30 secs, pour in the vanilla essence through the hole in the top of the lid
Pour into a container with a piece of cling film over the top to stop a skin forming
Once cool enough, stir through the macadamia nuts & place into the fridge until you're ready to use.
