  • 320 grams almonds, ROASTED
  • 20 grams cumin seeds, Whole
  • 20 grams coriander seeds, Whole
  • 20 grams sesame seeds, Oraganic
  • 20 grams chilli flakes, Dried
  • 40 grams Himalayan salt (or rock salt)

      TM 5
      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredeints in Thermomis Bowl, Counter-clockwise operation 8 mins, 100.c, Speed Gentle stir setting

    Let Cool.

    Then Turbo on .5 until desired texture is achieved.

Tip

Once Cool store in frige in Jars.

Add Tumeric for added flavour & Colour.

Ommit Chilli, if no heat required.

Sprinkle Dukkah on Poached Eggs, Pizza, Dips or simply on a piece of Homemade Buttered Bread.  ENJOY!!!!!
