- 20 grams olive oil
- 200 grams pumpkin, Cubed
- 200 grams zucchini, Cubed
- 100 grams carrots, Cubed
- 200 grams mushrooms, Sliced
- pinch Thyme & Rosemary (dried)
- 120 grams Cooking cream, Light is optional

TM 5If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Place the cubed Pumpkin, Zucchini and Carrots into the TM bowl.
A splash of Olive Oil / Butter and water into the TM bowl to saute for 5 minutes - 100 degrees - "Counter-clockwise operation" speed "Gentle stir setting"
Add Mushrooms with a pinch of Thyme & Rosemary (dried) to saute for 5 minutes - 100 degrees - "Counter-clockwise operation" speed "Gentle stir setting" .
Add Cream and cook for 5 minites - 80 degrees - "Counter-clockwise operation" speed "Gentle stir setting" without MC.

This sauce goes well with cooked pasta such as Farfelle, especially with some IKEA chicken meatballs thrown in.
After step 4, we added the IKEA chicken meatballs into the TM bowl for 5 minutes - 80 degress - "Counter-clockwise operation" speed "Gentle stir setting" without MC.
