  • 4 eggs
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Tmx mayonaise
  • 2 heaped tablespoons walnuts
  • curry powder (to taste)
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 level teaspoon lemon juice, Optional
  • 1 green onion, Shallot chopped finely

Recipe's preparation

    Egg salad
  1. Chop walnuts 1 second turbo. Set aside. Place eggs in basket and water to cover. Set to varoma temp and speed 2till temp is reached. Lower temp to 80 and cook for 10 minutes. Rremove basket with eggs and cool quickly in cold water. When cool peel eggs chop roughly and add to bowl with mayonnaise curry powder mustard pepper and lemon juice. Chop 3-4 seconds speed 6. Add walnuts and shallot and combine Counter-clockwise operationfor a few seconds.

Tip

Serve as a dip with crackers carrot or celery sticks, or on sandwiches with finely sliced iceberg lettuce.
