Here's what you need

  • 500 g Washed Ripe Figs
  • 1 apple
  • 250 g raspberries frozen, (or fresh)
  • 200 g raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

    Here's what you need to do
  1. Cut ends off figs & halve and quarter apple. (No need to peel them)

    Add all ingredients into the bowl.

    Cook for 35 mins, varoma, speed 2 with basket on top of lid.

    Mix for 15 secs, speed 7 if you prefer a smooth consistency. 

    Pour into warm sterilized jars.

Tip

This is the best jam to use in jam drops because it's really thick. Also great with toast or scones.

    I found this recipe quite dry. Next time I would keep the MC on instead of the basket and cook at 100 instead of Varoma.
