- 1 can Beetroot, minus juice or one whole raw beetroot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pinch salt
- 500g cream cheese

add garlic cloves on speed 6
add beetroot, spd 7 untill at desired texture. can be chunky or pureed.
add cream cheese and salt. spd 6 untill completly mixed.
speed 4 to create creamy texture.
tip. leave bowl remains in bowl and chop up your fave salad for a beetroot dressing!
store in sealed container for up to 1 month.
