- 200 grams Raisans or currants or sultanas
- 150 grams white vinegar
- 8 whole cloves
- 325 grams raw sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1)Wash, cut in half and remove the pips from the apricots. Add 1000 gr apricots.
2)Chop 4 seconds on sp 4.
Add all other ingredients. Cook for 80 minutes on 100 degrees/98 for Tm 5 with steamer basket on top of lid.
Bottle hot in sterilised jars. Seal immediately.
