  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 can Chickpeas, organic and drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste, optional
  • 2-3 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 --- small clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tahini, unhulled
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Water as needed

Recipe's preparation

    Hemp Hummus
  1. Place Hemp seeds and garlic clove into bowl 4 sec speed 7

    Scrape down sides and repeat

    Add remaining ingredients 10-15 seconds speed 5

    Garnish with Sweet Paprika
