      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add lemon zest and sugar to bowl

    Closed lid

    Mill 15 seconds, speed 10

    Insert Buterfly Whisk

    Add rest of the ingredients to the Bowl

    Closed lid

    Cook 10 minutes, 80°C, speed 3

    Pour into large (500ml) jar and leave to cool

    Refrigerate final product
