Recipe's preparation
. Peel a couple strips of lemon zest and put in TM bowl,chop speed 9,20 seconds. Add washed and dried tarragon, and garlic clove, in TM bowl on speed 7 for 5 to 10 sec .Add lemon juice and butter and mix on speed 6 for 5 to 10 sec.
Voila. I used homemade butter made in TM, but any butter will do. It tastes delicious on steak.
