      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place the Zest of the Limes and Lemon into TM and Blitz speed 10 for 30 seconds, add the sugar of choice and Blitz again speed 10 for 30 seconds. Scrap down the bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and the butterfly speed 2 for 20 minutes on 80 degrees, with the MC on. If you want a thicker consistancey add another 5 minutes, 80 degrees with the mc off and speed 2. Pour into glass jars ( should make around 2 depending on the size) allow to cool and place in the fridge.

Tip

Use it as a spread or add it on top of cakes, pancakes as a sauce, slightly reheat to get a runny consistancey. Always use a clean knife to avoid cross contamination and to extend life span. Enjoy!!!
