Mustard Sauce

  • 1 --- egg
  • 2 level tbsp sugar
  • 1 heaped tablespoons flour
  • 250 g Corned Beef Cooking Liquid, Water can be used instead
  • 65 g malt vinegar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 2 level teaspoons mustard powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mix egg and sugar together speed 3, 5 seconds.
    Add flour and mustard, mix together speed 3, 5 seconds.
    Add corned beef cooking liquid or water and malt vinegar.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Set to thicken mode until complete.
