If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place Parmesan cheese into mixing bowl and grate 15 seconds/speed 10
Add all ingredients - pine nuts, garlic, herbs (herbs should be approx 80g in total), olive oil, lemon rind and juice, and seasoning (to taste)
Chop 30 seconds/speed 7
Scrape down sides, and if necessary chop another 30 seconds/speed 7
Transfer into a jar for fridge (approx 1 month lifespan) or freeze in portions
