Roasted Capsicum, Parmesan and Fetta Dip

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Roast capsicum (I did mine on the weber Q but it can be done under the grill). Cut capsicum into quarters, deseed, remove skin. Place the capsicum directly into TM bowl.2. Place all other ingredients into TM bowl and turn the dial to speed 6 for 10-15 seconds.

  2. 3. Scrape down sides of bowl, add salt to taste, speed 6 for a further 8-10 seconds.

    4. Place in the refrigerator to set before serving.
