      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place all ingredients except oil into the mixing bowl and blend on Speed 9 for 20 seconds, stopping to push down sides if needed and continue.

    2. add oil and continue to mix on speed 3 for 15 seconds

Tip

If crunchy No peanut butter wanted, crush 30g nuts of choice first to desired chunkiness, set aside and then add back in with the oil to mix through

    tastes pretty much the same as peanut butter.

    this is kinda sweet, you could reduce maple syrup but i liked it as it reminded me of peanut butter and honey sandwhich. 

    i swapped ghee for coconut oil
