Recipe's preparation
1. Place sugar into mixing bowl and pulverise 10sec/Speed 10.
2. Add carob powder and cashew nuts and softened butter, mill/mix 10sec/speed 9.
3. Add oil until desired consistency is achieved, mix a further 10sec/speed 8.
4. Add salt and "Closed lid" Turbo 4 times or until desired taste is achieved.

Tip
The ingredients in this receipe are low in salicilates, amines and glutamates as per the RPAH Elimination Diet guide (the Strawberry in photo is not).
Extra carob, or more or less salt can be added to adjust for taste.
