Spicy Guacamole

Ingredients

500 g

Dip

  • 6 Medium avocados
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • 1 lemons
  • 4 teaspoons taco seasoning, store bought or make your own - see below
  • to taste Tabasco sauce
  • to taste Himalayan Rock Salt
  • to taste pepper

Garnish

  • 4 Shallots - Green part only finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped or diced

Additive Free Taco Seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Rapadura Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Himilayan Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder

Recipe's preparation

    Dip
  1. Put flesh of 6 avocados and sour cream into mixing bowl. Mix 3 sec/ speed 5. Scrape down sides.

  2. Add taco seasoning, put lid on and turn on to speed 2. Sqeeze the juice of the lemon over the MC so it slowly incorporates into the dip.

  3. Remove MC and add tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

  4. If a smoother consistancy is required mix for a further 3 sec/sp 4.

     

    Otherwise place in the centre of large plate, garnish and serve with corn chips.

  5. Additive Free Taco Seasoning
  6. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mill for 10 sec/sp 10.
