Tomato & Coriander Chutney

  • 50 grams red onion, (half a medium onion)
  • 5 grams garlic, (one small clove)
  • 100 grams tomato, (one large tomato)
  • 2 Chillis, (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 25 grams lemon juice
  • 50 grams water, (optional)
  • 50 grams Coriander Stalks and leaves, (approx. half a bunch)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Chilli, Salt for

    3 Seconds/Speed 8/MC in
  2. Finish with Coriander, Lemon Juice and Water if using for

    5 Seconds/Speed 8/MC in
  3. Adjust Salt/Lemon Juice to taste
