Tortellini white mushroom and corn sauce

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 80 grams Butter, chopped
  • 300 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 300 grams cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 200 grams corn kernels
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Tortellini

  • 500 grams Fresh tortellini

Recipe's preparation

    Tortellini
  1. Cook Tortellini according to instructions 

  2. Drain water when cooked. 

  3. Sauce
  4. Place garlic clove in bowl and chop on speed 7 for 5secs.

  5. Add butter and saute at 100 degrees for 2min on speed 2. 

  6. Add mushrooms and cook for 5min on 100 degrees Gentle stir settingCounter-clockwise operation.

  7. Add cream, cornflour, corn, pepper and salt and cook for a further 5min Gentle stir settingCounter-clockwise operation

  8. Pour sauce on drained tortellini and stir. Serve and sprinkle parsley on top.
