Artichoke and Hommus Dip with Dukkah
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can 400g white bean, Drained and Rinsed
- 2 level tablespoons tahini
- 1 jar 300gm Articokes,Marinated, Drained
- 60 grams lemon juice
- 20 grams olive oil, Plus extra, for garnish

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- Place garlic clove into
"Closed lid" chop for 3sec/speed 7
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. - Add Chickpeas, Tahini, White beans, Lemon Juice and olive oil.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Mix 15-20sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl.
Repeat 5-10sec/ speed7 and check until desired consistency is achieved.
Add tblsp water for a smoother texture consistency. - Place in a serving bowl.
Make a swirl pattern and drizzle olive oil.
Garnish with Lemon Zest
Parsley and dill
If you like a bit of a hit add Chilli flakes.

I love serving this with oven baked Pita bread or with freshly made baguette.
