- 2 --- egg yolks
- 80 grams sugar

Recipe's preparation
using the butterfly place all ingredients in the TM bowl.
cook for 7 mins on 90 degrees on Speed 4

I made this sauce as I was curious to try it. I was wondering what you usually serve it with? Sweet or savoury? It tasted nice, but for me it was too sweet to serve with meat, maybe the wine I used was too sweet? I actually dipped strawberries in it
