Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients into the thermomix bowl (making sure the liquid is below the max line) cook 100 degrees/20 mins/ spd 2 with MC off
- Place on MC and blend soup gradually increasing speed from speed 4 to speed 9 for 1 min/sp 9

Tip
Bone Broth or Water and 1 Tbl Himilayan Salt can be used in place of the stock paste and water.
I like to use up the stalks from the broccoli for this recipe.
Great eaten cold or hot with garlic bread or pizza
