      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion and garlic into Closed lid and chop (Mc/5sec/Sp. 5)

  2. Sauté with butter (Mc/2 min/V/sp.2)

  3. Add pumpkin, potato and chicken stock into Closed lid and sauté (MC/2min/V/Speed 2)

  4. Add water into Closed lid (MC/20 min/V/Sp. 1)

  5. Blend to creamy texture (mc/10 secs/Speed 10). Serve with chopped parsley and pepper
