Ingredients

  • 50 g onion
  • 30 g Butter
  • 200 g potato, cubed
  • 1000 g water
  • 1 kg Assorted Seafood (prawns, fish pieces mussels, clams, scallops, squid rings)
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Few Cloves

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion into TM bowl and chop for 6seconds on speed 6.

    Add butter and sauté for 2minutes at 100ºC on speed 1.

    Add potato and cook for 2minutes at 100ºC on Counter-clockwise operationReverse + Gentle stir settingspeed soft.

    Place water into TM bowl. Assemble seafood in Varoma dish and place in position. Cook for 15minutes at Varoma temperature on Counter-clockwise operationReverse + Gentle stir settingspeed soft.

    Once cooked remove Varoma dish. Shell the mussels and clams (leave few for decoration). Put half the seafood into TM bowl and add salt to taste. Then cook for 1minute at 100ºC on speed 5.

    Mix in cream for 30 seconds on speed 4.

    Pour into a serving bowl and mix in remaining seafood. Garnish with parsley and cloves.
