- 1/2 brown onion
- 1 clove Garlic.
- 2 zucchini chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 Potatoe peeled and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

- 1 teaspoon oregeano, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon chives, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon parsley, or to taste
- 10 g Butter
- 40 g Cheese cubed
- 500 g Water.
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable stock paste

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Add onion and garlic into TM bowl. Insert MC and lid. Chop 3 sec speed 5.
2. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT butter and cheese. Cook for 15 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1.
3. Add cheese and butter. Blend 1 min speed 4 increasing gradually to speed 8.
