Sweat treat bliss balls

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place pitted dates into the bowl.
    Insert lid with measuing cup. 7sec/0/speed9
  2. Using spatula scrape down sides of bowl and repeat first step.
  3. Place walnuts, almonds, coconut oil and ricemalt syrup (optional) into the bowl. Place on lid with measuring cup 10sec/0/speed7
  4. Using spatular scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat last step for less time if required.
  5. Using a table spoon scoop mixture place into hands and form a ball shape. Once all rolled place in the fridge for at least an hour. But are ok to enjoy straight away also.

You could add protien poweder also but you may find you need to adjust the coconut oil.
