Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Weigh Almonds into mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 9, pour into separate bowl and set aside.
- Weigh Peanuts into mixing bowl and mix 15 sec/speed 9, scrape sides of bowl, mix 10 sec/speed 9, scrape sides of mixing bowl, mix 20 sec/speed 9.
- Add Rolled Oats, Cocoa Powder, Dried Dates and Pumpkin Seeds and mix 20 sec/speed 6 until crumbed.
- Add boiling water slowly through mixing hole using scales while mixing 1 min/speed 4.
- Tip into baking tray or moulds and refrigerator until cold and cut into bars.
- Store in a container in refrigerator.

Tip
You can replace the Peanuts with a Seed or alternative Nut butter.
You can replace the Almond Meal with Sunflower seeds, Linseeds or any other seed ground up.
