Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Add a commentThanks for a great dextrose
Thanks for a great dextrose baking recipe! I noticed after I baked them that it's from a David Gillespe recipe, so that's made me even happier.
i just need to test them on my husband and children who don't really like dark chocolate, but I don't see how they couldn't like them - delish!
YUM! I used this as a base
YUM!
I used this as a base recipe for my own version, as I didn't have any dextrose, so had to use other substitutes & the result went down really well! Thank you for this version!
Try mine & let me know what you think
