Keto Banana Bread

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 2.2 --- Ounces Coconut Flour
  • 4.4 --- Ounces Natural Peanut Butter
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Grassfed Butter
  • 1 heaped tablespoons cold pressed, coconut oil
  • 1 level tsp baking soda
  • 1 level tsp baking powder
  • 1 level tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 heaped tablespoons cinnamon
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Raw Honey
  • 1 to taste Chopped nuts
  • 1 level tsp salt

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Make Batter
  1. Add eggs and bananas to mixing bowl. Place mixing cup inside lid. Set speed to 2 for 5 seconds.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except nuts). Set speed to 2 for 10 seconds.
  3. Use spatula to stir in nuts.
  4. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
