- 75 grams Almond Flour
- 1 heaped tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 level tablespoon Flax seeds
- 2.5 heaped tablespoons Psyllium powder
- 2 level tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Power
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil.
- 2 eggs
- 60 grams Sour cream full fat
- 65 grams double cream

Weigh and Combine all ingredients into
for 40 seconds and then scrape ingredients back down into blades
A further 40 seconds or until all ingredients are combined well. Let mix rest for five mins.
