Onie's tweaked Swedish buns

  • 75 grams Almond Flour
  • 1 heaped tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 level tablespoon Flax seeds
  • 2.5 heaped tablespoons Psyllium powder
  • 2 level tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Power
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil.

  • 60 grams Sour cream full fat
  • 65 grams double cream

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh and Combine all ingredients into Closed lid

  2. Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir settingfor 40 seconds and then scrape ingredients back down into blades

  3. Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting A further 40 seconds or until all ingredients are combined well. Let mix rest for five mins. 

  4. Shape into 4 rolls or more if you make smaller ones 

  5. Cook in oven 180 degrees for 20-25 mins 

  6. These have a great texture and are vey yummmmm
