Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Think speed 7 is too high for combining (makes a mess on the lid), other bread recipes I make combine on speed 3

The road to loving my thermie
The road to loving my thermie is where I got this recipe from, I altered it slightly, mainly reducing the kneading by a third of the time after trail and error to see when I thought the bread was its softest / fluffiest.
Have made these several
Have made these several times- haven't used the bread improver yet but they still work out really well. Soooo yummy!

This recipe is a copy from "The Road to Loving My Thermo Mixer" and was published on that site in September 13, 2014 and doesn't appear to state that the recipe is for the TM5 and if fact I use the original recipe with my TM31 with perfect results.

Best bread rolls that I have
Best bread rolls that I have made. Far better than any other I have tried. I have made many, mainly because there is no oil in the mix which I think makes them oily.

Do yourselves a favour! Best reciepe EVER. Just follow instructions and voila.
Did you use warm water? Warm
Did you use warm water? Warm water activates the yeast. If its too cold it will stay inactive. And cooking times will change depending on individual ovens. After 20 mins watch it carefully. You want your buns to be nice and golden, not overcooked. I hope the next batch turns out better for you.
Not sure what I did wrong but
Not sure what I did wrong but didn't turn out soft and fluffy. Inside of the roll wasn't too bad but the outside was very hard. Maybe I had the wrong oven setting on.
