Healthy Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

Brownie mix

  • 60 grams pecans, soaked
  • 50 grams almonds, soaked
  • 100 grams Dates pitted
  • 90 grams cacao powder

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place pecans and almonds in water to soak overnight (or at least for a few hours)

  2. Place all ingredients in , 10 seconds / speed 7

    (scrape down the sides of bowl and mix again for a few seconds if needed)

  3. Line a container / tray with baking paper and place the brownie mixture in, pressing firm to make sure it fills out the container

  4. Place in the freezer for 2 hours

Keep them in the freezer, and take out 10 minutes before eating.
