  • 100 gram sultanas
  • 1 lemon, (juice and zest)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh sultanas and macadamias in TM bowl

    Blitz for 30 seconds on speed 10

    Scrape down the sides of the bowl

    Add the remainder of the ingredients

    Blitz for 30 seconds on speed 8

    Roll into walnut sized balls and roll in dessicated coconut

    Place in fridge or freezer to firm

    Store in fridge or freezer

    Enjoy!

Tip

Honey can be used instead of maple syrup

Macadamias can be substituted with cashews or almonds
