  • 250 g Vermicelli noodles
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 20 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 g chicken breast, Diced
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 tablespoons vege stock
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch corriander

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place diced chicken in bottom of varoma tray
    Wet a sheet of baking paper, pour whisked eggs on top into top of varoma tray
    1L of water into thermomix jug
    Set for 16 mins, speed 4, Varoma temp
    Slice resulting omlette, storethis and chicken in thermoserver
  2. Put stock into water in jug, put noodles in jug
    Set for 6 mins, reverse, speed soft, 100 degrees
    Put noodles in thermoserver
  3. Empty jug
    Put paste,sprouts, shallots, corriander, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice in jug
    Set for 2 mins, speed 2, 90 degrees
    Put everything in jug
    Set for speed 3, 5 secs
