Ingredients

2 portion(s)

  • 2 cm ginger, cube
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0,5 brown onion, halved
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric ground
  • 1/2 tsp coriander ground
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli pwd
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Sambal Olek (Chilli Paste)
  • 100 g coconut cream
  • 80 g tomato paste
  • 2 fillet chicken breast, cubed

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add ginger, garlic and onion to mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7.

    2. Add oil and saute 3 min/Varoma/speed 1.

     3. Add turmeric, coriander powder, salt, chilli, mustard, sambal oleki, cream and tomato paste and mix 4 sec/speed 4.

    4. Add chickenand cook 8 min/ 90ºC/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1.

    5. Transfer to ThermoServer for 5 minutes prior to serving.
