Simmered Pork Belly With Dried Squids

Ingredients

Marinated

  • 500 g Pork Belly
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

Ingredient A

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 pieces shallots
  • 20 g Rock Sugar

Ingredient B

  • 150 g Dried Squids
  • 2 cloves Smoked Garlic
  • 6 pieces Dried Chilies
  • 800 g water

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Marinated Ingredient A for 30 minutes

  2. Step 2
  3. Put Ingredient A into TM bowl to pulverize at Turbo for 1 sec (X 2 times).

  4. Step 3
  5. Add Marinated Pork belly & ingredient B to cook for 30 minutes, Varoma , at speed 1 Counter-clockwise operation
