Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Place parsley, thyme, and garlic in TM bowl. Chop 5 sec/speed 7.

    2. Add steak, kidneys and butter to TM bowl. Saute 6 min/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.

    3. Add ale, vegetable stock, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce and cornflour and cook another 4 min/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.

    4. With prepared dish(es), spray with oil, or grease with butter, and line with the thawed pastry. Empty TM bowl into the prepared dish(es). Do not overfill. With remaining sheet of thawed pastry, cover the top of the pie and press down edges with a fork. For a decorative look, and to let stream out, cut lines in the top of the pastry. Cut off excess pastry.

    5. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown.
