- 300 grams onions
- 45 grams vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 --- grated ginger, Half volume of garlic
- 60 grams water
- 450 grams chicken breast
- 1 heaped teaspoon Ground Corriander Powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon Ground Cumin Powder
- .5 teaspoon hot chilli powder
- .5 teaspoon tumeric
- .5 teaspoon paprika
- 3 pinches ground cloves
- 6 pinches Ground cardoman seeds
- 45 grams Taramind paste
- 25 grams tomato paste
- .5 teaspoon sugar
- .5 teaspoon black pepper

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Chop onion 3 seconds speed 5
Add oil and cook 5 minutes varoms speed 1
Add grated garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute varoma speed 1
Add water and cook 20 minutes 100 Speed 1
Cut chicken into 25mm chunks
Blend onion 10 seconds speed 7
Add spices and cook 1 minute 100 speed 1
Add butterfly and rest of ingredients and cook 10 minutes 100 Speed 1
Add tablespoon of chopped coriander and cook 2 minutes 100 speed 1
