Recipe's preparation
Place the 3-4 tbsp of dried chickpeas in the "Closed lid" and mill for 20 seconds on speed 10 until it resembles flour.
Add all the other ingredients to the "Closed lid" with the Gram Flour and process for 15 seconds on speed 7. I like to place the mix in a covered bowl in the fridge for about an hour to rest and allow the flavours to blend.
Form 12 burger patties from the mix and place on a tray covered with baking paper, lightly sprayed with oil. Spary the top of the burgers lightly with oil. Bake for about 16 to 18 minutes, they should be brown underneath. Flip the burgers over and cook for a further 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve in a whole grain burger bun with your favourite condiments and salad.
