Recipe's preparation
Peel all the potatoes and cut into quarters. Place all in the varoma.
Place water in the bowl and cook potatoes on varoma temp, speed 2 for 20 minutes.
While leaving the potatoes in the varoma over the sink drizzle oil, herbs and salt. Place lid on varoma and shake for approx 20 seconds.
Poor potatoes into baking tray and bake in moderate oven until crispy approx 40 - 60 mins.

This is my "go to" roast spud recipe. I use 2kg of spuds and it works just as well. When cooked, I place my Varoma in the tray I'm going to roast the spuds in and then add oil and salt before shaking. That way I don't waste any oil. My hubby is English (i.e. a spud conneussier) and he loves them.
