Recipe's preparation
- Add bunya nuts to the bowl and put lid & measuring cup on.
- Grate finely 20 secs, speed 8
- Add cheese and put lid & measuring cup on.
- 8 seconds, speed 7
- Add remaining ingredients (except corn) and put lid & measuring cup on.
- 10 seconds, speed 6
- Add corn
- 8 seconds, speed 3
- Spoon mixture into greased frypan in batches and cook approx 1-2 min each side.

Tip
You can also use cooked bunya nuts in this recipe if you prefer. Insert blade cover and add nuts then cover with water and cook 25 mins 100 degrees speed 2. Drain water when finished and use as required.
Keep shelled bunya nuts in the fridge and use within 3 days. Alternatively place in freezer and use as required.
