Corn Cakes
- 2 eggs
- 75 grams plain flour
- 1 Lg tin creamed corn
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Corn Kernels
Recipe's preparation
Place Eggs and Flour into jug. Blitz 20secs/Sp6
Scrape down sides and add tinned creamed corn and frozen corn kernels. Combine 20secs/Reverse/Sp2
Place spoonfulls of mixture into a hot frypan and cook for 2-3mins on each side until well browned.

Tip
You could add some grated zucchini to these if you wanted also. They'd make a great lunch box filler and go well served with tomato chutney and a basic salad, or serve with bacon and eggs for breakfast.

I did not like the recipe at
I did not like the recipe at all, I LOVE corn and I was a little skeptical about this recipe, "Is that all?" and apparently, rightfully so.. The "batter" was so sloppy and I wasn't able to flip the cakes because it was basically creamed corn, I added corn flour after making the first one and they were still lacking in flavour, added some cumin, paprika and parsley.. still meh.
