For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
while
pasta is cooking you can cook your sauce
Add Parmesan and Tasty cheese to bowl, Grate 4 seconds Speed 7.5
Add all ingredients and Cook for 7 minutes 90deg Speed 3
Add to pasta and serve. You will need some salt and pepper to top for extra flavour
*You can use pregrated cheese but the flavour is much nicer from
block cheese as there is no anti caking agents.
