Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180c. Grease slice tin or muffin pan.
Chop vegies and cheese into even sized chunks (about 3cm). Grate for 10 sec / sp 5. You can use any veggies you like, all up mine weighed 380g before adding the cheese.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix 5 sec / Reverse sp 5.
Spoon mixture into tin and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired. Cook in oven for 25 minutes or more until golden and cooked through.
Serve with salad and grilled fish for a family friendly lunch or dinner.

Tip
This recipe was inspired by a craving for zuccini slice, but when I went to make it I had no zuccini handy!
These keep well in the fridge for a couple of days so make great lunch box snacks. Which is why I like to bake them in a muffin pan.

We also made this recipe as muffins. We found them to be fairly bland and a bit like a frittata. We'll add more flavourings next time as we can see this is a good recipe to increase intake of vegetables. Thanks for the recipe.
