- 600 g cream
- 1 red chilli
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 shallot or spring onion
- 1/2 lemon (rind & juice)
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 2 sprig dill, leaves only
Pour cream in to jug, insert butterfly and make butter as per Everyday Cookbook.
Leave butter in basket to drain.
Without rinsing bowl, place chilli (with or without seeds as per taste), garlic, shallot or spring onion, lemon juice and rind, capers and dill in to jug and chop 10 secs/Speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat.
Add butter to mix and blend ingrediants together for 10 secs/speed 4. Store in container in fridge, or roll in plastic wrap and freeze for later use.
