  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g Bacon Pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 150 g cream
  • cornflour if needed for thickening

Recipe's preparation

    Diane sauce
  1. 1. Chop onion and garlic in tmx bowl for 5 secs, sp 7.

    2. Add bacon and saute for 3 mins, 100deg, reverse, speed soft.

    3. Add worcestershire and tomato sauce and cook for 1 min, 100deg, reverse, speed soft.

    4. Add cream and cook for 3 mins, 100deg, reverse, sp1. If sauce isnt thick enough, add a tablespoon of cornflour paste (cornflour and water) and cook for a further minute on 100deg, reverse, speed soft.

    Very nice and very easy, I chopped the bacon for a couple of seconds so it wasn't so chunky before step 2 and added corn flour paste at the end like recommended  tmrc_emoticons.)

    Needed a quick and easy sauce to go with my steak this evening and this was quick easy and delicious tmrc_emoticons.) I didn't have any cornflour so tried with normal flour but it didn't thicken very well but still my husband and I poured it on and enjoyed every bit. Def a keeper in our house tmrc_emoticons.) tmrc_emoticons.p
