Ingredients

Pesto

  • 70 g Fresh Rocket Leaves, large handful
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 35 g olive oil
  • 25 g mild Miso paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

    The Yummy Pesto
  1. Put all ingredients into Closed lidand blend 5 secs speed 6. Scrape down and blend further 15 secs speed 6. Add more lemon juice, olive oil or pepper to adjust consistency and flavour according to taste.

Fabulous condiment.
