Jay's Dairy-free Caesar dressing

Caesar Dressing

  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon Keen's mustard powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 grams Organic Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 120 grams extra virgin olive oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop garlic clove 3 sec/ speed 7.

  2. Insert butterfly.

    Add mustard powder, eggs, worcestershire, S & P. Combine 10 sec/ speed 2.

    Weigh olive oil into small container, then add slowly while whipping 4-5 mins speed 3.5. Can use straight away or will thicken more if left to set in fridge for 2 hours.


Accessories you need



Will thicken if left in fridge for a couple of hours.

Can add anchovies, parmesean if desired.

Use within 2 days as raw egg.
