  • zest & juice of 1-2 limes, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2-4 heaped teaspoons wasabi paste, or to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams Avocado Oil, or rice bran, grapeseed or macadamia oil

Recipe's preparation

    Lime & Wasabi Mayo
  1. Place lime zest & garlic into TM bowl & chop for 10 secs speed 10. Scrape down sides of the bowl. Add egg yolks, wasabi,  lime juice, salt & pepper. Attach butterfly into the TM bowl & mix for 4- 5 mins 37 degrees speed 4. After 1 minute make sure MC is in place & drizzle oil slowly onto the lid so it slowly slides down into the TM bowl.


    (If you find you mixture splits you can start again with another egg yolk or 2 & slowly drizzle the split mixture into the bowl, in place of the oil)
