- 3 --- Beetroots, peeled cut into quarters
- 1 brown onion, cut in 1/4
- 3 garlic cloves, whole
- 750 g Bone Broth
- 40 g tamarind pulp concentrate
- 25 g apple cider vinegar, could use kombucha or kefir
- 2 tsp dried oregano, could use fresh
- 1 tsp Thyme, fresh
- 1 tsp basil, fresh or dried
- 1-2 cloves
- Himalayan salt, pinch

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Heat fat/oil in TM Bowl on 100 deg, 2 min, SPD 1.
Add chopped carrot, beetroot, onion and garlic - cook with MC OFF, steamer basket on top 100 deg, 10 min, spd 1.5.
Add bone broth, tamarind, vinegar, and herbs and salt - MC OFF, steamer basket on top 100 deg, 35 min, spd 1.5.
When finished, blend on spd 5 and gradually turn to spd 9 for 1min. MC ON.
pour into sterlized jar or bottle - it is quite thick so can add some filtered water.
